Los Angeles, California, Feb. 15, 2019 – Vivek Rao, CEO of Foundation AI, and Vamsi Kasivajjala, Chief Solution Architect of Foundation AI participated in VITALS: UCLA Anderson Healthcare Conference 2019.

Vivek Rao, a UCLA Anderson alumnus, moderated the panel on Entrepreneurship in Healthcare with panelists from Logical Medical Systems, AtaCor Medical, SafeRide Health, and the MedTech Innovator. Vamsi Kasivajjala participated in the panel discussing Emerging Applications for Big Data & AI in Health IT.

The annual conference is put together by UCLA Anderson’s Healthcare Business Association to bring together thought leaders in the healthcare space. This year’s conference focused on “Intersections in Healthcare”, exploring how healthcare intersects with the technology, finance, public policy, social impact and retail industries. The conference featured keynotes from Davita CEO Kent Thiry and Amgen Chief Compliance Officer Cynthia Patton as well as a fireside chat with Dr. Susan M. Love of the Dr. Susan Love Research Foundation.
