As the Sales Administration Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and enabling the Sales, Sales Development and Marketing teams to sell more efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with sales leadership, cross-functional teams, and subject matter experts to define and execute the revenue strategy. Your role will be critical in reducing friction in the sales process and helping to maximize revenue growth.

You will be a key contributor in providing sales support to the US Sales team to include: proposal and SOW creation, production of RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, assist in building high-level sales presentations, and assist in reviewing contracts to ensure they adhere to company policies.


  • You will be coordinating and supporting all aspects of sales administration from India and will be responsible for taking and developing requirements from and with the US team and creating deliverables - whether that be sales materials for specific market segments, prospecting materials needed by marketing (including market research and analysis, lead scrubbing, etc.), taking requirements documents and converting them into SOWs, assisting the sales team in using templates to create execution drafts of agreements, and other related functions.

  • Perform detailed analysis of RFP/RFQ/RFI documents to assess requirements and develop compelling proposal narratives that enhance our value proposition and put us in the best possible position to win new business.

  • Facilitate proposal kick-off meeting and color reviews (pink, red, gold) to ensure we produce quality deliverables that differentiate us from our competitors and provide value to our prospective clients.

  • Collaborate with our graphics team to establish templates and standards for proposal look and feel, writing style, and layout

  • Responsible for writing non-technical portions of the proposal (i.e., cover letters, executive summaries, project descriptions, resumes, team qualifications, various management plans, win themes and discriminators, etc.)

  • Review all proposal drafts and final documents to ensure responsiveness, thoroughness, accuracy and quality

  • Establish a production schedule and resource plan to ensure all required proposal documents are produced properly and delivered on time


  • 2+ years of experience in Sales, Implementations, Sales Administration

  • Ability to articulate business value and impact to prospective customers by preparing SOWs, proposal responses, and other sales-related documents

  • Passionate about building enterprise customer solutions that automate business processes and eliminate inefficiencies

  • High level of attention to detail and exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must for the role

  • Relevant experience in B2B SaaS sales, Insurance and/or Enterprise Sales

  • Must be an MBA from a top tier B School in India or overseas.

  • Knowledge and experience with a CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)

  • Extensive knowledge & experience with proposal creation, MS PowerPoint, and workflow diagram production

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent experience in software

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced start-up environment, tech or software company
